PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CPT-150
is a water-based rust preventive for pressure washing, water rinsing,
water blasting, wet abrasive blasting, hydrotesting . It leaves a molecular
thin layer that is tack-free making it easy to handle. CPT-150 is non-toxic,
biodegradable, environmentally friendly, contains no heavy metals and
is non-flammable. CPT-150 is safe, economical to use and easy to dispose
of. The film is weldable and will not cause toxic fumes during welding.
CPT-150 contains CPT corrosion preventing molecules capable of protecting
all ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
For wet abrasive blasting and water blasting, add CPT-150 directly to the
blast solution. For hydrotesting, add CPT-150 directly to the hydrotest
water. Either leave the solution in or drain it out. For preservation
of sandblasted surfaces, add CPT-150 to water and spray the freshly
cleaned surfaces with the solution.

PACKAGING
CPT-150 is available in 5 gallon and 55 gallon drums. Store CPT-150 in a heated
warehouse to avoid freezing. Under these conditions, shelf life is 24
months.
