Graffiti Remover SprayEnvironmentally Safe, High Performing & Economical The SEI Graffiti Remover Spray is a utilize the SEI Migratory Technology that penetrates and chemically fractures the molecular bonds in paints, lacquers, enamels and stains. This formulation migrates through paints and coatings and creates space between graffiti and the substance making the removal quite easy. The formula was designed for maximum consumer safety and therefore does not contain methylene chloride or chlorinated solvents. The stripping time varies from 2 minutes to 15 minutes, depending on the type of coating and number of coatings to be removed.
