SMP-100 is a high-end modified acrylic primer using a tailored barium metaborate matrix united with a proprietary mildewcide carried with a complex binding pigment that prevents the growth of mold, mildew, sapstain, fungus and any biological life without compromising environmental considerations.

SMP-100 was formulated with intense stain-blocking and odor encapsulating additives. This product can be used in existing buildings wherever mold and mildew growth is a problem.

This product can be applied to walls, ceilings, sub floors, ductwork, wood, dimensioned lumber, particle board & OSB, drywall, etc. It is used as a primer over contaminated surfaces to kill microbial growth, hide stains, encapsulate all odors and permanently inhibit re-growth.
