Mold & Mildew Stain RemoverSMP-101
SMP-101 is an excellent product for removing microbiological stains. This product will remove mold, algae, fungi, moss, bacteria and all other microbiological life stains. SMP-101 is migratory and penetrates at the molecular level. SMP-101 extracts the moisture and forms a dehydration matrix that removes all forms of microbiological life stains. This product incorporates an EPA registered antimicrobial. SMP-101 is sprayed onto the surface left to penetrate and dry. Once the product has sufficiently penetrated, excess material can be removed with a rag, sponge, brush or light water rinse. APPLICATIONS SMP-101 is soluble and is used to remove all mold, algae, fungus or moss stains. It is non-toxic and biodegradable. SMP-101 is suitable for use on concrete, wood, metal, fiberglass or any painted surfaces. It can help alleviate mold and mildew stains in areas such as duct work, refrigerated food storage areas, all food processing facilities, public washrooms, marine vessels, public fountains, historical monuments, building facades, high humidity areas, etc. Excellent to remove all mold, algae, fungus, moss and bacteria stains. Safe to use, 100% biodegradable. MIXING & COVERAGE Coverage of SMP-101 is approximately 400 square feet per gallon. However, this will vary depending on the type of surface and amount of material to be removed. STORAGE & HANDLING Non-hazardous Packaging: 1-gal, 5-gal, 55-gal, 278-gal Storage - Keep the SMP-101 in sealed container and store in cool, dry, protected, well ventilated storage in compliance with all current and local regulations. Keep out of direct sunlight, moisture or rain. Maintain material in sealed containers at all times. Shelf Life - The expected shelf life of SMP-101 is 24 months from the date of manufacture if stored as indicated above, unopened in sealed containers. SMP-101 should be thoroughly stirred before use.
