ABP-300 - Nanotechnological Coating

ABP-300 Abrasion Proofer is a very unique solvent free abrasion and impact proof coating. This extraordinarily durable coating technology is a technological break though in the anti-abrasion field. ABP-300 contains nano-metalic particles that are graphed with a unique alloy that creates a pure solid lubricant. This leading edge coating is impervious to chemical attack, chlorides, acids, hydrocarbons and freeze thaw cycles. This coating system provides unseen anti-stick and abrasion resistant characteristics that lasts for decades.   The metallic-polymer complex offers abrasion resistance that is approximately fifty times the resistance of metal itself. ABP-300 is applied by heated plural spray equipment and cures in 5 seconds to 1 minute depending on the formula, conditions and application parameters.

Suitable substrates include concrete, block, metal, galvanized metal, aluminum, fiberglass, carbon fiber, wood plexi-glass, glass, mirror, etc. Good surface preparation and cleaning of all substrates to be coated is essential for optimum performance of the coating system. All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contaminants. For old or previously finished surfaces, the degree of preparation and cleaning required is dependent upon the condition of the substrate.
