SEI Corrosion Proof^TM Top Coat - EN

The SEI Corrosion Proof Top Coat - EN utilizes CPT^TM Technology (Corrosion Preventative Technology). This is a highly charged and durable migrational molecule that has the ability to penetrate and travel through a wide variety of mediums in order to find and bond with all types of metal. The CPT molecule needs to fulfill its ionic attraction by bonding with either ferrous or non-ferrous metal. Once the CPT molecule has found metal it creates a highly durable, resilient and robust chemical bond. This bond provides extensive protection for long periods of time in very harsh environments. The SEI Corrosion Proof Top Coat-EN is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic and high-build topcoat that provides high-end long-term corrosion prevention for metal in tough atmospheric conditions. The SEI Corrosion Proof Top Coat-EN is excellent for applications that require a thicker coating for added physical protection. It can be applied directly to metal or used in conjunction with a primer. This coating has excellent UV light resistance.

Application

The SEI Corrosion Proof Top Coat-EN must be thoroughly mixed prior to use.
Apply by brush, spray or roller. Normal WFT of 13-15 mils (325-375 microns) yields 6-8 mils (150-200 microns) DFT.
NACE SSPC ARS 2 or 3 SP 6 or 10 Low A-3 or better
Product cleanup: Use soap and water to cleanup tools and over spray.

Limitations

Avoid using in situations where the coating is immersed in water or other liquids as this could lead to softening of the film.
