SEI Corrosion ProofTM Oil Base

The SEI Corrosion Proof Oil Base utilizes CPTTM Technology (Corrosion Preventative Technology). This is a highly charged and durable migrational molecule that has the ability to penetrate and travel through a wide variety of mediums in order to find and bond with all types of metal. The CPT molecule needs to fulfill its ionic attraction by bonding with either ferrous or non-ferrous metal. Once the CPT molecule has found metal it creates a highly durable, resilient and robust chemical bond. This bond provides extensive protection for long periods of time in very harsh environments. The SEI Corrosion Proof Oil Base is our best corrosion inhibitor for use as an oil additive and/or long-term corrosion preventative oil based coating. This product is excellent for mothballing, shipping or storage of parts and equipment. As an additive, in small percentages, it has a minimal effect on viscosities. It has extreme resistance to salt water, salt spray and humidity making SEI Corrosion Proof Oil Base particularly useful in marine, industrial, commercial, operational and offshore corrosion preventative applications. This product provides optimal long-term corrosion protection, for ferrous and non-ferrous metals exposed to harsh environments.

Method of Application & Packaging
  • Product should be mixed thoroughly and uniform prior to use.
  • Apply by dip, spray, roll or brush - Film thickness of 2 mils to 5 mils.
  • SEI Corrosion Proof Oil Base can be applied over pre-rusted or oily surfaces.
